Each of the five distinctive guest rooms provides spectacular views over the Hawke's Bay vineyards and features private en suites with marble tiles, heated floors, and handcrafted wooden cabinetry. Bespoke bathroom products, utilising the lodge’s own Pacific Blue lavender, are a thoughtful touch. Rooms boast individual climate control, custom-designed luggage shelving, and a serviced smartphone for guest use whilst exploring the area. The food was incredible too! Malcom’s passion for food and wine was very clear and shone through in the exceptional quality and creativity of the food. We loved all of our meals, and despite being multiple courses, they were portioned well, bright and healthy so we were never stuffed full. No dishes were repeated across days (an impressive feat!) so we were never bored. Malcolm highlighted local produce and also used plenty from their own garden. Also catered for vegetarians in the group very well - we didn’t feel like an afterthought.
Overall, a perfect stay and wouldn’t change a thing. Book it, you won’t regret it!!

The attention to detail was impeccable. The flavours were exquisite. The hospitality was next level.
