Stayed 7 days in 1 bedroom unit, clean, comfortable; quiet, close to city & local shops. Highly recommend, great value for money.

Travelled alone, non driver, arrived Waitangi Day.
Beautiful motel
Had everything I needed and everything replenished daily.
Loved my bed, my body just blended into the mattress.
For non drivers needing to eat, there is a fish&chip shop about a 2min walk down the street across the road from motel.
Oh yes and they have a pet friendly unit. 😃
Will definitely stay here when we have Napier mahjong tournament again.

We stayed for 3 njghts in the 1 bedroom room. Apart from our 1st night spent here where there were noises in our room like someone was watching us sleep my kids enjoyed the pool area. The rooms need abit of an update. The shower pressure wasn't that great. Definitely needs to be updated. We liked our stay here.

Tidy presentation upon arrival, smelt clean and friendly staff… but that’s where the positives end. Dated decor, bad paint job attempt to improve look but you can see right through it and can see places where they didn’t bother to use masking tape to prevent paint from getting onto certain surfaces. Water damage Lino that was sticky for reasons I’d prefer not to know. The wallpaper, which was also badly painted over was peeling off in the toilet room. There was also a hole in the toilet room where you could see the pipes… mould was growing here. Mould was also growing in corner of window frames. Seal of fridge needs replacing and mould was growing in the corner of it where the seal had begun to rip off. Road noise was quite bad from our unit (unit 6), shower pressure was very average… I guess you get what you pay for? 🤔

This motel is great value for money. The serviced unit no. 8 that I stayed in from 17-24 August 2025 was very clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Everything I needed was provided in this self-contained unit. There is a bus stop about 50 metres from the motel for buses to Hastings and on to Havelock North. Across the road there is a bus stop about 150 metres from the motel for buses into Napier. So the location is ideal. I would definitely stay here again. Nice and helpful staff too. Highly recommended.
