Then I saw my room it was like being in the Ritz compared to the Bellevue rooms which were like a shoe box the room was huge emaculate had everything all the cooking utensils shower pressure great it was quiet no dramas no yelling or screaming or fights everyone is always on there best behavior when I've been.
it's kid friendly and even pet friendly which is great and I think seperates this hotel afar from other hotels I never knew there was a hotel that took pets.
Frank and Maureen are lovely and caring and the staff are all friendly very approachable and nicely spoken. The bed was so comfortable it is every time I've been, and I've been in 3 different rooms throughout my stay and they to my surprise were just as good as the first one I sleep better here than I do at home in my own bed.. This place is very well run very controlled and I cant fault anything at all
I've read some of the reviews and there has never been grey towels there white as white just like the sheets. that's absolutely not true that they have grey towels
So if anyone wants a place that has fantastic rooms a great outdoor atmosphere with a pool,is kid friendly and animal friendly meaning you can bring your beloved fur baby great service great staff quiet and relaxing and not far from the shops this place you should come for sure.
I highly recommend this place above all other hotels I've been in. I love love love it. So quiet and relaxing.
Me and my daughter stayed there for 9 weeks and the owners were really rude there fridge was broken and they blamed me for breaking it there heat pump doesn’t work the room is freezing the room was YUCK ……
