Parking is very limited and cost an extra $15/day — not disclosed at booking. Despite paying, I once had to use a disability park as no other spaces were free.
The room is advertised for 2–3 people. I booked for three adults and paid a premium for the third occupant, but this didn't include a bed. I only found out when I asked, and was told a roll-out bed was available for a further unadvertised fee ($30 per night!). If you're charged more for an extra guest, bedding should be included, IMHO. The couch wasn't a substitute — uncomfortable to even sit on, and too small for anyone but a young child to sleep on.
The room wasn't serviced during our 3-night stay. Wet towels sat on the bathroom floor for a day and a half before being removed on day two, and were never replaced. Beds weren't made or changed at all.
Clean and friendly staff, but hidden fees and no servicing meant it didn't match the advertised price or standard. Worth checking parking and occupancy costs directly with the property before booking.
I returned the hotel late at night and discovered that I forgot my room keys. I had to call emergency. Staff member was really friendly and helped me out immediately.
