We stayed here for three nights over Easter 2026 and had a great experience. The motel was quiet, clean, and tidy, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

The location was perfect—very close to Napier CBD, yet still peaceful and tucked away. We really appreciated how it felt both convenient and relaxing at the same time.

We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, comfortable and well-located place in Napier.

Great value, well equipped rooms, some parts a little older, but excellently maintained, very clean. Hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Easy walk to town.

Nice motel with very helpful owners. Spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and 3 beds. A scented lemon tree is right outside the window. The pool is in an enclosure, good for kids. Each door is decorated with a wreath! Parking is in front of each unit. Located near the center of Napier.
A booking at the Mission winery is our recommendation!

Immaculate room, spotlessly clean, close to town but very quiet. Dave and Rachael are lovely and nothing was a problem. The room was very warm thanks to the new heat pump. Dave has done a great job of renovating the rooms & the outlook over the park was lovely. We would definitely stay here again

We had a stay over 4 nights with kids and grandparents. That put is in two adjacent rooms, which gave us a decent view of the facility. The rooms were very clean and stocked with reasonable kitchen supplies.

The weather in Napier was stunning and we made great use of both the pool and the barbecue. Both were clean and in good order.

My only complaint would be the lack of cooling. We were able to use the fans to move the air, but we didn't really have a way to get the evening temperatures down for the kids' bed time.
