Located in nice place near to seashore. Rooms are neat and clean. It’s like cabin type rooms. There is no intercom in room and reception is far from the units. So for any enquiry need to go far to reception. In our unit, TV remote was not working. For shorter stay it is good. Parking is just next to the units. Staffs are friendly.

Booked for 2 nights, however, had to cut our stay short by one night due to not being able to breathe inside the unit. We asked to switch the units and they were nice enough to let us, however, the second unit had exact same issue. The issue was that housekeeping sprays strong fragrant air fresheners and deodorizers that linger everywhere in the cabin, on the carpets, on the linens, towels etc. It gave me such a big headache, scratchy throat, runny nose and sinus issues while there and for the duration of 24 hours after. For people who have sensitivity to air fresheners (VOCs) or fragrant incense, this is a major issue. Other issue, I paid to do laundry, however their ONLY washing machine does not work. It does not spin so all our clothes were soaking wet when laundry got finished. There was no one in the front office for hours to address these issues so we had to leave with wet laundry and not being reimbursed for non-working washing machine. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this motel.

Its very good and clean and comfortable. Cant give 5 stars as I couldnt use the pool. My bad knee meant it wasnt easy to get into. They really need better access to the pool. Otherwise cant complain.

Not a great experience overall. Room was tidy and clean, however despite booking for two people the room only had one chair, and one coffee mug.

Ants on the kitchen bench and oven doesn't work. Shower is a wet room style which floods out into the kitchen within 2 minutes.
Heat pump does not have the original remote, instead a universal remote which does not work, I can't turn it off or adjust the temperature, which was not set very warm for the middle of winter.

Cleaner who came by was lovely. But overall not good value for money...

We were in a bit of a bind trying to find a venue for a surprise party for expecting parents, but Garth came to the rescue with a private room that led to a wonderful outdoor play area for kids, which was perfect for the occasion. Garth and his team were incredibly helpful, and the platters we ordered were absolutely delicious. Kudos to the team for making the event so memorable and special!
