Disappointing stay. First room was unclean, sheets were soiled. We were relocated to a second room.. the toilet seat was broken, tiles were taped up in the bathroom, mystery stains on the carpet, blinds didnt cover the windows properly and with the industrial lights on all night from next door it was hard to sleep.. there was pubic hair on the floor of the second room.. getting a refund was challenging.... poor service, initially we were blamed- then the cleaners..

I had a very disappointing experience at Cumberland Court Motel. When I arrived, I found the room was not fit for guests. The bedding had what appeared to be blood stains, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
I took photographs of the stained bedding and the condition of the room as evidence. Due to the hygiene concerns, I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there.
This level of cleanliness is well below what any guest should expect and does not match what was advertised. I have requested a full refund and hope the matter is resolved promptly. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to their housekeeping and quality standards.

Overall really loved my stay, lovely staff, nice location, spacious rooms but when I arrived there was ants everywhere on the kitchen bench and in the sink and in the cutlery draw so I didn’t use any cutlery. Also there was no milks don’t know if that’s standard but everywhere I’ve gone there’s always been those little milks for you. I would probably go back

We had a great 6 night stay, the room was very big and was clean and well set out. The staff were friendly and kind and the room was cleaned and serviced daily. The gym next door was free to use which was a fantastic feature. Location was good for us, as it was close to the Aquatic Centre (and Popeye's). Wifi and parking were all good. I would stay here again.
