KFC Hastings East

Went in today and their KIOSK right by the door charged my order but no order 😂 nice manager though but wasn’t going to pay again though

Small, but new.

The new building was very clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the two pieces of Colonel’s Secret Recipe Chicken in our 2 piece quarter pack were tiny. We were really disappointed with the portion size, especially as it was our first time trying it. The experience was underwhelming, and we expected more for what we paid.

Brand new open yesterday. For a new operation your staff were polite and attentive.
Meal was served quickly and order was correct.
The only but was you have to wipe tables down often.
All in all to management and staff well done and welcome.

Great experience at the new KFC Hastings.

The place was clean, tidy and well set up, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Service was quick too — my food was ready in about the time it took me to fill up my drink from the self-service drink machine on the wall.

What I really liked was how convenient the location is. On the way home, I was able to stop in, get dinner from KFC and even get a haircut next door at Hair 2 Go, all within about 50 minutes.

It made the whole stop really easy — dinner sorted, haircut done, and back on my way without wasting time. That is a big plus for this location.

Good food, quick service, friendly staff, and a clean, tidy store. A great addition to Heretaunga Street East.
