Rogers Chicken Hastings

This place is awesome, food is always good and the guys working are always friendly

This is a prime example of false advertising, website states this is a dine in restaurant, when in fact it’s a fryer in the back of a dirty petrol station, the food looks nothing like the menu and the ‘family combo’ contained 2 tiny pottles of coleslaw not containing more than a tablespoon each of some watery cabbage and carrot and the garlic bread was hot dog buns. The online order stated a 20min cook time, but upon arrival it had not actually been started as the staff are also working the lotto kiosk, petrol sales and other goods sold in a service station. So it was 45mins to get some dry lacklustre service station slop that wasn’t worth half the amount charged. I wouldn’t waste my money again, and I only hope to give any potential victims to this scam the heads up on what they are in fact ordering before paying.

Sauce is yum, reminds me of a re burger raising cane's type feed.
Chips were crunchy, chicken was flavourful and cooked perfect!!
Garlic bread is a bit plain, but can't complain

Where do I begin, customer service terrible, food disgusting, was lead to believe it would be a real restaurant but when arriving found myself to be at a gas, overall experience terrible would never ever go back if your thinking about going do not. Will keep updated if I get my refund.

Wasn’t too sure when I drove up, being in a service station( stereotyping) anyway, I got the Chicken burger and damn, it was really really good, fresh bun, crisp lettuce, perfectly cooked chicken with just the right amount of Cajun spice and the chunky fries were perfect. Keep up the good work, will recommend and return when I’m back in Hastings
