Night ‘n Day Taradale Road

Im extremely annoyed at my experience. I went in today to order 2 red bull refreshers as they currently have a deal. I specifically order exactly what the sign said which was a red bull refresher white peach and also the passionfruit one. I then paid without realising the price was $12 not $6, the lady serving me then proceeded to say well you already paid. She was very incompetent with me and then said I can give you a cash refund then just changed her mind and said no and made me a strawberry drink and also a mango drink, which is not what I ordered at all. She could not communicate clearly and the whole interaction was confusing and frustrating. She just completely ignored all my questions and didn't give me any options at all and was just straight up rude. Both drinks were majority just ice and when the ice was taken out the drink was half full which is such a rip off considering the price. Im very disappointed because I didn't get what I asked for, paid way too much and tasted disgusting. If I could give this experience zero stars I would.

Deluxe shakes are mean. Awesome quick service too. We normally order through deliver easy but thought we would go in.

Probably just a bad day but guy behind counter was on the phone for about 5 mins before we got served. Than gave us 1/4 scoop on our ice creams, 1/2 scoop after I complained. Chocolate bar was $4.90.
Sorry but I won't go back.

🚨👎👎Order food at your own risk via Uber eats. Ten orders either missing or incomplete. Pies and muffins squashed. It took me this long to realise my orders placed each week at the same time is deliberately being mishandled. The owner blamed all the Uber drivers then decided 3 mins into the complaint he couldn't speak or understand English, hung up, then activated the answering machine that stated it was full... I'm still waiting for a refund for my missing pie ordered 24/2/26...

Got the $15.9 chicken and chips +drink combo. First of all I was charged the wrong price at the start and the chicken was raw on the inside. Definitely not getting chicken again!
