Ordered and the pizza cutter was on his phone the whole time, didn't even cut my pizza right, had to rip the pieces because they weren't cut through, when it was ready he was still talking in the phone, looked at me and put it in the warmer. Then went back on his phone. Absolutely horrendous. Also the toppings looked as though they'd been tossed on haphazardly with no real effort so some pieces were covered in chilli flakes while others had none

We placed an order at 10pm with the understanding that the store closes at 11pm. Our order was accepted and payment was taken, however the order was never delivered.
We contacted the store multiple times that evening but received no response. When we finally managed to get in touch the following morning, we were advised that the store had closed early at 10:00pm and they cannot provide a refund and directed us to make a complaint online.
The order should not have been accepted if the store was no longer operating. There was no communication to inform us of the issue, leaving us without our order and out of pocket.

Order took so long. Came out and was completely raw on the base, asked the worker to remake it and she gave me lots of attitude and then complained infront of me to the other workers about me making her life harder. Not impressed.The second pizza was also not cooked and she didn't even cut it. NOT IMPRESSED 😡

I went into the store last night to get dinner for me and my wife. While I was there, I saw an Indian adult employee being rude and saying nasty things to one of the teen employees.

This was totally unacceptable to see, especially since the worker was a minor. It should be dealt with 👎
