Very delicious, updated menu

We’ve been regular customers here for over a year and never had an issue — until tonight. The service was absolutely unacceptable and nowhere near the standard of a hospitality business. We specifically asked for our food to be cooked well done and crispy, yet what we received was the complete opposite: undercooked, soggy, and honestly disgusting.

When we rang to let them know the order was not up to standard, instead of listening or apologising, they argued with us and insisted there was nothing wrong. We explained multiple times that every other visit had been great, but tonight’s meal was terrible and asked what they were willing to do to fix it. They wouldn’t even offer a replacement or any form of resolution.

Duke St Fish & Chips has now lost a large, loyal family of customers. We will never return. Learn the basics of customer service and hospitality, and learn how to treat paying customers with respect.

Phoned in order and just getting wrapped as I arrived. Good service and the chips were exceptional. The fish wasn't so great and slightly greasy.

Nice chips, sausages crab sticks. Used to be real good. Pinapple rings with cinnamon n sugar sprinkle great finisher. Reasonably typical menu of fish n chips, they do burgers to. Also have $$ deals. X amount of this and/or that with Y amount of this and/or that and chips. Varied prices which have risen considerably over last couple years. Popular lil shop though.
A Family business with inconsistently nice fast food. Greasies that arent that greasy if ask for extra strain.
