Subway

my subway order came with NO MEAT and NO CHEESE. only salads and sauce. very disappointed and left hungry.

Quick delivery with door dash - but ordered a salad with avo and no avo came.. rang door dash and they said they would sort but heard nothing.. gutting when u pay for something and it doesnt turn up !!!! There was avo on the nachos so they obviously had some there

If you feel like subway then I highly suggest ordering online as they prioritise those orders and uber eats before walk ins and at peak times the staff are under the pump. I ordered online and waited 10 more minutes watching people come in barely get a look from staff or any sort of indication on why they weren’t serving the walk ins. I saw 4 people just turn away and leave. I feel like some sort of system should be in place for this or a better way to do it? Have at least one or two people prioritising walk ins and other staff just focusing on the order. Or better communication or something 🙂

Today was the worst visit ever. Come here weekly but today the girls were rude. Will go to town next time instead

For about 7-8 years i’ve gotten a bag of doritoes put into my sub, never been a problem, most the staff find it interesting, the bloke behind the counter over last couple months has been making a fuss about it not belonging in a sandwhich and it not being an option. I pay for the chips and i pay for the sandwhich, never been an issue till now. Today outright reckoned no. I go to any other subway in hawkes bay even the north island and no one else has a problem, most even find it interesting and say they’ll try it. Wont be coming back
