its very delicious! my favourite thing is the potatoes and gravy, the potatoes are soft but crispy, and the gravy is rich and delicious.

I ordered a small lamb and a piece of crackling and i was charged $20.91. I was at the other HB roast shop yesterday and i got the exact same thing for $15. I used to love coming here. Ripped off..
Went here also on 3.12.24 amd the lamb and potatoes were dry and tasted like it was not fresh.
If you want a yummy fresh roast - go to HB Roast opposite Carls Jnr in Hastings.

Love this place. I grew up with roast meals, with meat and three vegetables, and this restaurant is almost as good as what my mother made for us.

We both ordered a “small” meal, and it was very filling. Anything larger and I’d need to take the rest home. Very tasty, with all the best sauces.

Only downside was the restaurant interior felt a bit too industrial, but it didn’t detract much from the meal.
