Wow! I had never eaten the chips in such a hurry ever... when you first look at them they look dry but oh man when you start eating them, you can't stop yourself. Best crunchy, non-oily and soft on the inside hands down best chips I've EVER had. Damn! Fish burger delicious, huge i just love this place. You sure live up to the name of your shop. DELUXE it sure is. Thank you. We didn't rate atmosphere because we ordered via UBER.

Thank you very much Deluxe Takeaways, your food is so good. Your burgers are great quality burgers. The hell a peno and hellburger are very good, but my favorites are the Texas and the Cowboy beef. By the way, we love your chips, nowadays is hard to find good quality chips. Great service, great people, great food! Thank you Deluxe Team!

Friendly, informative and plenty of options
Fish & batter were cooked well.
I have been going to this shop since I was a child. That's Abt 64 years ago. I've not been since it was sold bcuz of illness. But I am very glad to see it is maintaining high standards.

Worst fish n chips I've had in hastings. Batter was thick and undercooked on the inside but somehow the outside was overcooked and tasted burnt.Also really greasy wouldn't go back there only nice thing was the L&P
#######I have just been back into the shop, (following day) to inform the owners of my meal and I would like to follow on from my reveiw to say I was absolutely so impressed with the way the owners delt with my complaint and offered my money back straight and also offered at no cost a big scoop of chips, which were absolutely delicious. The owners are only new to this business and are new to the seafood business and are still learning. Please do not be put off by my review as they are top blokes trying their best. I will definitely be back in the future. They Definitely know how to give top customer service.
