The younger male working was incredibly apologetic and doing a great job, as was the other woman working, but ~10 orders at ~5 mins an order is exhausting.
I should start by saying I really like pita pit as a business and have had great experience with food and service there.
I visited the Napier store and there was one worker doing a great job by herself. There were over 10 customers that ordered while
i waited for my order. This poor lady had no help and was handling all of the orders well. This is unacceptable employer practice and it was obvious that staffing had been done incorrectly. At least for this shift. Do better and provide a good working environment for your employees.
There was more rice and jalapenos over anything else. It was bland, no sauce although I did choose 2.
Overall, I would not place an order here again. There are many many local businesses thriving in comparison to this franchise.
The only enjoyable thing was the smoothie!
The photos on the menu are lying to you, go elsewhere for better product for the price you pay.
