A Hidden Gem for Authentic Pho!
Spooky’s Pizzeria is absolutely the last place you would ever expect to eat pho, but I took the gamble and I don’t regret it one bit. This place is proof that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
They serve up an incredibly authentic Vietnamese dish that easily boasts probably the best broth in the entire Hawke's Bay region. Every bowl comes with a incredibly generous helping of fresh noodles and tender meat, all beautifully topped off with fresh coriander and onion. It is the ultimate comfort food hidden in the most unexpected local spot. If you are in the mood for amazing, comforting flavours, order the pizza for an appetizer and wait... you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing pizzeria! Although alternative options are available in Napier, my partner and I would still prefer to drive all the way Hastings for Spookys. Love the pizza options available at Spookys and they have never disappointed. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 🙌

Had a pizza here last night, it was so so good! Fries were great too - crispy. The staff at Spookys are lovely. We thought they were fairly priced too. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

first of all, amazing atmosphere! The decor and whole vibe of the place is so retro and ambient, the food was delicious! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!! The service was also lovely! The people working were so polite and kind, definitely coming back again 😋

Edit: ALSO the chilli oil and garlic oil were both phenomenal!

Found this pizzeria on our way out of Hawke's Bay. They serve coffee as well as pizza. We got the largest size and they made it in a timely manner, the staff were friendly. The place has a cool vintage atmosphere and neat art pieces. The food was delicious and creative, on the tables they have a garlic oil and a chilli-spice oil you can add to your pizza, the chilli-spice oil was amazing. Will visit again next time I'm in the area.
