Unfortunately, our experience at Taj Spice Indian Restaurant in Hastings was disappointing. We ordered the chicken fried rice, but it was not what we expected at all. It seemed more like biryani mixed with some chicken rather than actual chicken fried rice, and honestly, it was one of the worst fried rice dishes I've ever had.
However, the samosas were really good and were the highlight of our meal.
I hope the restaurant can improve the fried rice, as the samosas were delicious and showed that they can make good food.
