35 minute wait for 2x Takeaway happy meals, cold nuggets, disgusting service and not even busy at the time of order. Had appointment so asked for refund after 30mins to be told waiting on chips, which was the coldest part of the meal, so made zero sense. No point making a complaint as no one responds so easier just to give some honest feedback like many others obviously have done

As soon as we walked in there was rubbish all over floor and tables not cleaned - floor spillages not cleaned up - food on the floor. Quite disgusting restaurant.
Was not busy but no one was doing any cleaning or seemed to care.
Very loud staff we’re disciplining team in front of people in restaurant.

If I could place a 0 star review I WOULD. The woman would not give me my 25 free ketchups. And then did not let me order my 15 ketchups. And would not let me have my 1 barbecue sauce. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STAFF CONDUCT. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND GAVE ME ATTITUDE. Do not get your ketchup here! If I can order, why not let me have it. I'm going to riot. Thank you for reading my review :)

The beautiful lady with the Tā moko provided exceptional service. Such a warm greeting!! It’s the little things in life that really make someone's day. give that woman a pay rise asap!!!

Today I went in around 1040 and placed my order. All was good but then I had a long wait for my order. I will admit it was a larger order however at one point I was one of 3 orders there.
I ordered a serous Angus with extra red onion, extra pcikle and light bacon. I got home opened it and found no patty. So because of the slow service and no meat on the burger they get 2 stars.
