I dont know what went wrong here, this Used to be the best F&C in HB. We would drive kms out of our way to experience them. But last night, Yuk! The worse I've ever tasted, Requested well done chips & they were soggy & limp, however the fish was well over done, & the crab stick, not nice at all. We wont return.

Food was not worth the money I spent, fish batter so thick and hard and inedible, fish and chips were over cooked. The whitebait fritter was not worth $9. Not happy with food as kids could not eat through the batter. Won't be back here again.

Fish was amazing, portion size of the fish was big, and very delicious. A bit disappointed about the chips though, as the portions were very small. But staff were lovely, and food came out relatively quick. Overall amazing! Would definitely recommend it for a nice lunch or dinner on a holiday or to eat as a local.

I’ve lived in Napier and never been here before. They have the best burger and chips that I have had in a very long time. And good value for money. Delicious. Will definitely go back again.
