I was waiting for my food and decided to use one of the gaming machines. After hitting what appeared to be a jackpot, the machine froze and staff told me it was faulty and refused to pay out. I returned about a week later to follow up regarding the winnings and the credit I believe was still on the machine (around $20), but was told there was nothing they could do. I left feeling very disappointed with how the situation was handled and believe the issue was not resolved fairly. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Food is very delicious and this is a very yummy spot for our family. We tried the Rainbow Paradise mocktail — it was very tasty. Highly recommended for everyone!

We came from Christchurch for holidays in Hawke’s bay. We trying most of Indian restaurants but one of our favourite restaurants now Bollywood Hastings we tried Amritsari Kulcha , Karahi Paneer and Pav Bhaji hmmmmm yumm. Its Best Indian authentic flavours food in Hawke's Bay I highly recommend this place if you want good delicious food.

I could tell the wait staff were new so definitely not a fault on their part but maybe some more training would have helped as we had to take the order twice. The butter chicken was super sweet like a whole pack of sugar was used. The breads and platter was yum but probably wouldn’t get again
Ordered karahi paneer was really delicious. one of the best soft and fluffy garlic naan I've eat.
