At E's Cafe

Came in during my lunch break.
Friendly front counter service.
Good selection of menu and cabinet options.
Price upper end of standard range for similar cafes.
I ordered the old faithful eggs on toast, it was as described - the eggs were poached well, bread was basic multi grain, nothing flash.
Flat white with oat milk was good. Nice and hot.
Date scone was tasty.
Lots of outdoor seating.
Music was loudish, but not annoying.
Service was quick, considering it was lunch time.
Would come again for a quick lunch or snack.

Am from out of town and was looking for somewhere to stop for lunch, got absolutely ripped off coming here. We got a bowl of loaded wedges supposedly “large” they were so small, came wth barely any cheese & no seasoning at all for $25. An iced chocolate was $11.50 which I cannot understand, it was chocolate milk and a small scoop of icecream it came with no cream on top & I was made to pour it myself? Overall we spent $50 for a small bowl of wedges, an iced chocolate, a bottle of green V and a kids small just juice splash. Do not come here.

Decent pulled pork sandwich at a reasonable price. Good coffee.

Mediocre at best.

Wedges were undercooked, cinnamon roll was dry. Staff walked right past with my order and left it sitting on a random table for a good 3-5 mins. Milk shake was the best part of the meal.

Great place if you want to see cheeky sparrows come steal your food.
