Disgusting service from management came here Monday night and she was so rude!!. Speaking in her language (its ok) but not when their staring at you with rude faces. Burger King sort out the management.

Staff haven’t even finished kindergarten education and the manager might be in their first year of primary school if lucky. Can’t swap out a standard meat patty for a rebel patty’s I and even charge $5 more for the rebel patty but can only add one. So remove two meat patties and only add one rebel patty but also charge $5 more? Go figure my 6 year old could do better math. Customer service is the worst thing as they’ll comment below some ai message about contacting them for assistance but the “assistance” is just an ai bot who asks the same questions in every email. Best part is this is company policy and they can even compute it. Don’t know how these people manage to get themselves dressed in the morning? Or maybe they don’t.

very poor customer service from Manager & the other lady served us today. They need more training to provide good customer service.

Today at quarter to 2pm the wait time was ridiculous, carpark practically empty, cars backed up behind us to the drive way entrance, there was one car in front at the intercom and no cars in front of him/at the windows. When someone finally spoke through the intercom we herd him say "so yous are open" giving the impression he had been sitting there the whole time with no explanation or communication to "wait". I told my partner it's probably the same lady that had me waiting for so long a few days prior. Once we got to the window it deffinitly was the same lady.

A few days prior my order was mucked up multiple times. 3 large whopper junior combos, all with frozen cokes, two without tomato and pickle and add extra mayo to them all, and for the chips to all be curly fries. She said drive on when ready.
Once getting to the window she said they couldn't do loaded fries so I explained the order again. She had also given me regular cokes which I had her correct. At this point I was quite impatient given the 15min wait I didn't think to realize I was then charged for full whopper combos.
Upon pulling over down the road to inspect the food, that's when I realized they weren't whopper jnrs and that none of it was fresh as it was all cold.

With the over excessive wait for me being the only car in the drive thru and only 3 cars in the parking lot you'd think you'd receive fresh food.

Her communication skills are poor, and when you have people waiting a ridiculous amount of time a simple apology goes a long way.

The food is great and tastes fresh but it seems that our order always seems to get messed up. We love the super shakes but it’s very rare that we will get what we’ve ordered. A couple times we’ve gotten a mix of the strawberry and chocolate when we’ve ordered one of each. This time we received vanilla ice cream with sauce drizzled at the top. My dad calls BK and nobody ever picks up the phone. He has been number one on the queue for nearly half an hour at #1. This is a common occurrence. We tried to mix it in but it just tastes like soft serve with sauce.
