From the moment we arrived, the exceptional kindness and genuine customer care made us feel truly welcomed and set the tone for a wonderful evening.

When life doesn’t always allow you to travel the world, food has the extraordinary power to take you there. That is exactly the experience we had last night. Every dish was a refined fusion of tradition and creativity, with perfectly balanced flavours that delighted the palate and left a lasting impression.

OTT In The City is a place to visit. It did not disappoint: the food was fresh, delicious and full of flavor. The service was attentive and nothing was a problem. We wanted a non-alcoholic mocktail, and it was whipped out for us at no time and it was of excellent taste. The portions are very generous. If a smaller dish is desired then yakitori is the best a variety of meat or tofu options.

The pho was absolutely delicious. Perfect winter heart warming dish. Bang bang cauliflower was light and crispy with a generous portion. I could not fault the dumplings or the Banh Mi - would happily eat again!

The only let down was the service. The staff did not smile, or seem overly interested in being there. When we sat we were one of two tables present, it took a very long time for someone to approach us to order drinks let alone the meal.

Once we did order, the food was excellent and delivered promptly. Could not fault the food, unfortunately the uninviting service would make us reconsider returning

Can’t fault it! The food was delicious. It was done a little differently from what I expected and I’m so glad. Very tasty. One of us dropped our cutlery and before we’d even picked it up, the team was there with a replacement. So very friendly too. Highly recommend!
