We were here for a 70th birthday today. 8 adults and two children. The food and service was outstanding. Our waitress was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. She even kept the kids amused. We all loved it so much and will be definitely be telling everyone how much we did.

We held our wedding at valley d vine at the end of February and honestly I could not recommend it enough!!
Greg and his team made the whole process seamless, and everything on the day ran 100% smoothly.
The grounds themselves were gorgeous with so many cool spots to take photos.
We had the ceremony up on the deck, which was great in the event of a little rain. The backdrop of the grapes was stunning.
The food itself was spectacular. We had canapés for guests post-ceremony, and these were a hit. The meals themselves were absolutely incredible.
The service from Greg and his team was also top notch.
Cannot thank you guys enough for making our wedding day one to remember.

We had our wedding here in January 2026 and it was five stars all around!!!
From the very beginning, Greg was incredible to work with. We travelled up from Christchurch, so having a venue team that was flexible and accommodating meant so much to us. Nothing felt like a hassle! From coordinating set-up and pack-down times, to discussing decor, table settings, and holding our ceremony on the lawn. Greg was hands-on and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly.
We also stayed at their Airbnb just above the restaurant, which was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience even more special and convenient.
And the food… absolutely AMAZING. One thing we refused to compromise on was catering, and the team at Valley D’Vine exceeded every expectation we had. Our guests are still talking about the food to this day.
Greg even included a couple of thoughtful surprises on the day that made everything even more memorable. Those small touches didn’t go unnoticed and meant so much to us.
Thank you, Greg and the entire team!! The food, service, and venue were exceptional. Looking forward to visiting again when we're in Hawkes Bay! :)
