Great place to visit. Good facilities.

Great little marina, Napier has such a nice vibe! Everything is walking distance, friends helpful restaurant staff, I recommend Winifreds and Shed2... excellent 😀
The sailing club itself is very active with youngsters in the small boats and the marina generally has the feel of a sailing yacht focus with a generous sprinking of sports fishing launches. It is also very cool to see the active fishing fleet right across from the marina on the main dining and entertainment thoroughfare! 😀
Only downside was getting diesel ⛽️ which is really set up for the commercial operators... I'd recommend scouting it out with a short walk and only attempt at high tide... you'll see why lol 😅

Best boat ramp launch as they has a great bay to clean your boat.

Got caught heading south with bad weather ahead. The Marina was easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Can you believe this view!?! Winter sunsets and kayaking on the bay.

The restaurants and pubs on the quay are excellent stopping spots after an afternoon of wine tasting. The view of the marina, and the fishing boats are a great addition to the ambiance. I enjoyed walking here after dinner, there are plenty of taxis ready to take you home if you’ve enjoyed a bit to much to make it home responsibly.
