food is always cold. order through drive thru is always wrong i have to check my order before I leave. if the orders wrong and you correct staff they are very rude and fix it begrudgingly.

This is a complaint, I ordered large fries for $3.50 via an in app code at McDonald's Taradale located at 330 Gloucester Street. I ordered this meal around 1:30-2:00pm. I waited for my order and I never received it. I watched the person order before me get their meal number called out and I never got mine called. I waited for abit longer then went up to the checkout and asked. They simply told me they called my number many times but I supposedly never came up. I waited there and I NEVER heard my number called. I never got my order which I PAID FOR. And their excuse was that I never came up. Even though I paid waited and never left the order/waiting area. This is unacceptable and it left me in shock. I only ordered fries but that does not mean I should not get my order. And I want to clarify I did not get a refund.

We had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s Taradale. Before leaving our vehicle in the car park, we specifically asked a staff member for permission to keep the car parked there for a longer time. The staff confirmed that this was fine. Based on this approval, we parked our vehicle and also purchased food from the restaurant on two separate occasions, as customers. Despite this, we later received a parking breach notice. We believe this is unfair and misleading, especially given that we had prior verbal confirmation and were genuine paying customers. We attempted to resolve the issue in good faith, but unfortunately the ticket was still upheld. This experience has left us very disappointed, and we feel the communication between staff and parking enforcement is not being handled properly. Customers should be able to rely on information provided by management on site.

Absolutely trash!!! Made a drive-thru order at 11:12am 15/3/24. The restaurant was not busy, burgers were slapped together and not made to order, very rude customer service by someone that seemed to hate being there (fair enough and it could be personal life issues but if you can't be pleasant to customers don't work in customer service!) Big Mac ordered with extra cheese and pickles had no extra cheese and no extra pickles. Quarter pounder ordered with extra pickles had no pickles what so ever. The Staff working here seem depressed and over there jobs. A depressing place to go. The joyful experience of getting McDonald's as a treat is long gone. Gone are the days of customer service and reliability in correct orders. Disgusting taradale McDonald's! You should all be ashamed of yourselfs. Time and time again it is just rubbish. I should of went to Napier McDonald's and I new this before I went to taradale so I guess this is on me
