McDonald's Hastings

Waited in drive through for 30 mins to finally make it to the intercom. To then be left sitting there for another 7min with no communication at all as to why its taking so long. My kids were over it and just asked to leave its not worth it dad they said. So we left the drive through and went to havelock and was in and out in 5mins..
Your loss hastings. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

I ordered $77 worth of food . I received bacon not on the burger , 1mc flurry missing , got sweet and sour sauce instead of Big Mac sauce ,chips were half empty old and cold . This has happened with every order I have received. Poor management aswell !

Hadn’t been in here in over a year; made my order, sat down, received it, capa felt light; tested with my little finger,The coffee itself in a large cup was down on the line of McCafe; 3rd time lucky, but the coffee girl forgot to Add my sugar with the Coffee b4 the cream like I asked.

Been here countless times and it’s honestly one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Either you sit in the drive through for nearly an hour or you go inside and listen to staff getting yelled at and abused behind the counter while everyone waits forever for food.

Ordered over $70 worth on DoorDash before and only got a bag of fries. No burgers, no nothing. Orders are messed up pretty much every single time. Chips are always bad and half empty, no point even paying for a large because they fill it like a medium. Drinks are horrible too, tastes like watered down syrup every time.

Not sure if it’s bad staffing or no training but this place is a complete mess. Definitely not “fast food” and nowhere near worth the money or frustration. Feel ripped off every single time. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.
