We have just hosted a conference at East Pier Hotel and a massive thank you to Dave, Vanessa and team! Everything was perfect, including the accommodation, food and help from the lovely staff. Would highly recommend their restaurant, venue and accommodation. A huge thank you for your contribution to a successful conference.

Dinner review. I ordered the Beetroot Salad; it was very tasty but far too small to be offered as a main dish!
Very disappointing.

Came here for a Mother’s Day brunch. Our waitress was outstanding.. There were 10 of us and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed.
She really made our outting enjoyable.
The food was great, the wine was perfect and the sun was shinning so it was a beautiful morning sitting outside.

We did not stay in the hotel here, as we already booked a room at the Harbor View next door. No particular reason. However, we did eat at the hotel restaurant. I guess they noticed we were worn, beaten travelers and put us at the nicest table with a beautiful view of the majestic Napier, NZ harbor.

Hungry? I’ll say! Our eyes both zoomed in on the Fish & Chips and glad of it as the portions were huge, tender and seasoned just right. We were duly stuffed and didn’t want dessert, but what’s this…. HOT CHOCOLATE! I have to admit we had been a bit spoiled by the hot chocolate in Belgium as it was like drinking liquid gold (chocolate of course). But still, can’t always run off to Belgium for hot chocolate.

The hot chocolate here, at this restaurant, in Napier, New Zealand can honestly promote the best hot chocolate outside of Belgium. It was rich, hot, silky smooth and so refreshing. Now I have TWO places that I can’t frequent often with something I absolutely love. Life can be cruel sometimes.

Came in for a coffee. Outstanding view, and nice tasting coffee. Point off for no raw sugar, and point off because we asked for a flat white and got 1/3rd of a cup of froth, which wasn't barista standard.
