The salad had something very bitter in it, likely fenugreek seeds, which I find too bitter but are an important spice in the cuisine.
We ordered their Steamed Vegetarian Momo, Kurkure Vegetarian Momo, Samosa Chaat, Nepali Salad, Chole Bhature, Masala Chai, and Vegetable Thukpa.
There’s a huge selection of dishes to choose from. The staff was very attentive and we didn’t wait long for the food. The Everest Veg Soup is AMAZING! It is a little spicy but incredibly balanced and flavourful. There’s a chicken option of this as well.
