Very friendly and helpful staff, if a 6 star was possible they would get that instead. The rooms are very functional if not just a tad tired...stuff like the sliding door to our bathroom had no handle and wasn't easy to slide across, the soap dispenser had come off the wall and had left a damaged spot, and a mash of cables leading from the TV to the decoder looked wrong...and the TV was on the tiny side. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable 😌 and we slept well, the kitchette was good, the single bed in the front room was great to stretch out on as a lounge and the place is so handy.

Had the best 18 day stay may 26...recommend to anyone..the ladies who serviced our room daily were lovely and so helpful...what really helped us over all was the manager...I am sooo grateful to you...everything you did helped us immensely

Perfect location, rooms are very clean and tidy. The manager Taj is so good to deal with, especially with last minute requests. Always polite and considerate of our needs. Highly recommend!

Amazing location just in the city, restaurants are nearby, rooms was amazing big and with spa.My brother Ektaj at reception was amazing sharing places about hasting and napier, he made our stay wonderful. Good customer service. Will definitely come back.

Customer service was excellent. Couldn't rate it better. So friendly and helpful! Rooms are super clean. Smell amazing beds are so comfy but the people definitely made the experience 100%
