Food was good, manager or whatever his job title is, not so good... Heard yelling and swearing in the kitchen while waiting for my order. Certainly not a friendly environment and his behaviour should be looked into. Burger was cooked well though, chef did a great job.

Food was awesome. Burgers and chips came out hot and fresh. Ordered chicken tenders as well and they were freaking good too - juicy, not overcooked and had flavour as well. Small dining area, but was clean and well maintained. Friendly team to match the great food👌👌

I had the parmageddon & caramel thickshake ordered through the app. DELICIOUS. love burgerfuel. Their thickshakes are the best! Convenient, always yummy, get rewards through the app.
Napier one was clean & tidy. Navigating parking is a bit awkward in the carpark though

I usually go to BurgerFuel Napier for the consistency and quality, but in recent months I’ve noticed a decline. On my last visit, I got home to find no sauce for my chips 8/8/25 835pm, very few chips in the bag, and a burger that wasn’t presented as well as usual with minimal sauce. A couple of weeks ago, my custom burger also came out as just a standard one, which wasn’t to my liking. Hoping the standards return to what they used to be.
