Lady was really nice. Games room and spa available. Well set up kitchen in the room we had with a proper smeg oven and a dishwasher. Only complaint is could hear others moving around in the building but not too bad.

This place is amazing, the staff are just so friendly and helpful. Recently we had a family situation to deal with which meant coming through to Napier a lot in the last couple of months. These lovely people met every request with a smile and a "lets see how we can help you", and they did. The facilities are great and very clean and tidy. Have stayed here 5 times now and will keep coming back.

This is such a lovely well equipped Motel. Everything from the beautiful welcome at Reception to the spotless clean unit. Plenty of towels plus swimming towels. The pool was great. Even the ice tray was full. The kitchen was so well equipped and the unit was serviced daily. Added bonus was an EV charger. So recommend this motel. Beds comfortable. Lovely lovely people that make you so welcomed

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay overnight with our baby boy. I had booked for a family of 5 but was able to downsize to a studio. Definitely be back! Receptionist was amazing, room was spotless, pool was highly recommended, very spacious.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights over Christmas 2024, and it honestly turned out to be the best Christmas we've ever had. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
The facilities were fantastic, especially for our children – plenty to keep them entertained and happy. The BBQ area was a highlight, and the outdoor furniture setup was just perfect for celebrating Christmas Day as a family. It really created the ideal atmosphere for a relaxed and joyful holiday.
The rooms were lovely – clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. And the service? Absolutely top-notch. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.
Thank you so much for helping us create such a memorable Christmas. We’ll definitely be back!
