The room was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, with ample seating options. The bed was very comfortable, with a great selection of pillows to suit different preferences. The shower pressure was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the scented hand and body wash provided - absolutely divine.
The kitchenette and utilities were spotlessly clean, including the toaster, washing-up brush, and tea towel, which is something not all motels pay attention to. Due to an unplanned third night in Napier, we made use of the laundry facilities, and this was the first accommodation we’ve stayed at that thoughtfully provided laundry powder, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, this motel was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and run with care. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others visiting Napier.
