The only downside was that the soundproofing between some rooms seems quite poor, and our original room was affected by both noise from neighbouring guests and late-night noise from outside. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a quiet room away from the street and lift when booking.
We'd happily stay again in one of the quieter rooms because the customer service was outstanding.
