As a business person, this will be the last visit having given 3 chances across 2 years.

The staff are accommodating and helpful. The rooms are unfortunately tired, have poor lighting, the internet is unusable and the onsite restaurant is ... go somewhere else.

Fine for an overnight. Strange layout in general but a great location. Pool looked good but it was a bit small and you have to ask for access it’s not open.
The restaurant onsite was not very popular so I went elsewhere.

Nothing special, standard rooms & standard hotel. Staff were all friendly apart from the main receptionist white lady she was really quite rude, she had an attitude problem seems like she likes to look down on people, really money hungry type of person saying the hotel is for business people not familys, i dont know how someone like her is working in the main office. She put me off so willnt be going back there. Also pool was freezing cold even though it says it heated, had to pay $400 bond which is so weird because we have been to some much nicer hotels that only had a $100 bond, TV kept cutting out and so did the wifi. I should have read the reviews before hand.

Staff was great to deal with, Rooms need better upkeep, plenty of parking, pool was too cold to swim and the attached restaurant was convenient.

Room was clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were nice. Shower water pressure is firm. Right across the road from a skate park, ice-cream shop and of course the beach. Close to town and shops. Decent option for a couple of nights.
